1. APPLIED ECONOMICS (65 M).
This module, 7 ECTS credits, aims to provide a solid knowledge base of Applied Economics, which allows seriously address the analysis and depth of the economic environment in which the infrastructure fall, equipment and utilities or interest general.

2. LEGISLATIVE AND INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS (60 M).
In this module, 7 ECTS credits, institutional fit and the main rules which form the legal framework in which the activity of the construction companies and service develops when working with the government are studied.

Responsible for Module: Gaspar Arino
Professor at the Autonomous University of Madrid.

3. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (130 H).
This module of 15 ECTS credits, the areas of management and business administration with highest incidence in the construction, financing and management of infrastructure, equipment and public or general interest services are studied. In his special attention to the financing of projects by investors engaged.

4. PROVISION, FINANCING AND MANAGEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES AND SERVICES: THE CONCESSION SYSTEMS AND OTHER PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (175 H).
This module of 20 ECTS credits, is to study the different mechanisms of provision, financing and management of infrastructure, public facilities and services or general interest by analyzing specific cases. It elaborates on the analysis of concession systems and other forms of public-private partnerships, both public law and equity, private or mixed law.

5. CONCESSION PROJECT FINANCING PRIVATE AND OTHER PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (35 M).
In this module, 8 ECTS credits, concessional financing projects and public private partnerships with other public or private resources is studied. Different funding structures for projects with a view to choose the most appropriate in each case differ. Funding is analyzed from the point of view of financial institutions and capital markets.

6.- PREPARATION OF A DRAFT RELATING TO PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS (25 M).
During the making of the Master, students will develop projects related to public-private partnerships, supervised by professors of the Master, which will be presented and discussed in class. This module contains 3 ECTS credits. Best Master Thesis project will receive a cash prize. All work to master can be consulted via the website of the Master.

7.- STRATEGY SESSIONS (10 H)
During the development of the Master, some leaders of the most important Spanish and international institutions and expose your business strategy worldwide projects in public-private partnership companies will be invited. They also involve experts from multilateral banks
